Er ist Lean Six Sigma Black Belt und hat mehr als 500 Mitarbeitende ausgebildet sowie über 100 Verbesserungsprojekte begleitet. Bei Nokia entwickelte er eine globale Qualitätsstrategie, die in mehreren Ländern umgesetzt wurde und Einsparungen von über 100 Millionen US-Dollar pro Jahr erzielte. Auch bei Fujitsu leitete er zahlreiche Projekte in den Bereichen Lean, Risiko und IT-Sicherheit. Für die Commonwealth Bank of Australia entwickelte er das Programm „Zero errors, Zero defects“, das Fehler um 30 % senkte und jährlich über 7 Millionen AUD einsparte.
