EN 9100 and EN 9120 are the quality management standards of the aviation, space and defense industry (Aerospace & Defense). They build on ISO 9001 and add industry-specific requirements for safety, traceability and risk management.
EN 9100 applies to manufacturers, EN 9120 to distributors, stockists and warehousing operations in the supply chain.
Purpose of certification
EN 9100 and EN 9120 certification serve as an objective confirmation that a quality management system complies with the defined requirements of the respective standard.
