Overview
Personnel certification in quality management proves that a specialist can confidently apply the principles, methods and normative requirements of quality management. For example on the basis of ISO 9001. What is assessed is not attendance time or presence, but the competence actually present: an understanding of process-oriented management systems, the ability to plan and conduct internal audits, and the handling of corrective and improvement measures.
The certification is aimed at roles such as quality management representatives, quality managers and internal quality auditors. Their competence and qualifications are assessed and confirmed by an independent body.

FAQ
A training certificate confirms attendance at a course. Personnel certification, by contrast, assesses in an independent examination procedure whether the person actually masters the required competences.
Prior education and professional experience count as admission requirements, but the decisive factor is the result of the independent examination.
Certified individuals receive an official certificate that specifies the scope and validity period. For re-certification, you must demonstrate that you still possess the required competence.
