He has held senior leadership roles at global firms such as AECOM, Arcadis, Ramboll, Meinhardt, and Dubai Aviation Engineering Projects (DAEP), where he led multidisciplinary teams, departments, and regional offices. Moein’s core expertise lies in project management, technical oversight, team development, and operational transformation.
