Inspection
Construction site, construction progress & hazard area inspections
Our construction site, progress, and hazard area inspections provide an independent assessment of the visible condition of safety-relevant areas and structural elements on active or temporary construction sites.
Important note
Our inspections do not constitute certification, a governmental inspection, or a legally binding conformity assessment. They serve as a neutral determination of the actual status, without functional testing, without intervention in products or facilities, and without any advisory character.
Our inspection services are not accredited. Nevertheless, in planning, execution, and reporting, we strictly follow the requirements of DIN ISO 17020 as well as other relevant standards.
Overview
What is it about?
Through object-focused visual inspections, we identify observable hazards, damage, or deviations in areas such as access points, traffic routes, barriers, scaffolding, or material storage zones.
What's included
- Visual inspection of construction site logistics (routes, barriers, access points)
- Checking scaffolding, trenches, and supports within the visible range
- Inspection of on-site storage (materials, hazardous substances, waste)
- Verification of construction progress for visible deviations (no plan review)
After the inspection, you will receive a comprehensive and objective report with a clear presentation of the findings.
