Visual inspections of machines, plants & equipment
Our visual inspections of machines, plants, and equipment provide companies with an independent and objective assessment of the visible condition of technical installations and operational resources.
Important note
Our inspections do not constitute certification, a governmental inspection, or a legally binding conformity assessment. They serve as a neutral determination of the actual status, without functional testing, without intervention in products or facilities, and without any advisory character.
Our inspection services are not accredited. Nevertheless, in planning, execution, and reporting, we strictly follow the requirements of DIN ISO 17020 as well as other relevant standards.
Overview
What is it about?
During these object-focused inspections, we document observable damage, wear, or safety-relevant deviations on machines, plants, conveyors, and other operational equipment.
The inspections are conducted solely as neutral assessments of the current condition, without interventions, functional testing, or any consulting or management system activities.
What's included
- Visual inspection of industrial machines for leaks, loose parts, or damage
- Assessment of the condition of conveyors, presses, pumps, etc. (purely visual)
- Checking maintenance labels and inspection tags (without evaluating their effectiveness)
- Inspection of plant surroundings (accessibility, orderliness, protective measures)
After the inspection, you will receive a comprehensive and objective report with a clear presentation of the findings.
