The intellcert Academy now offers the course „Successful Conflict Resolution in Practice” from the „Leadership and Management Skills” category.
In the training, participants learn to recognize, analyze and constructively resolve conflicts early on using proven methods. Including nonviolent communication and the Harvard principle.
