He is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and has trained more than 500 employees while supporting over 100 improvement projects. At Nokia, he developed a global quality strategy that was implemented across multiple countries, resulting in savings of over USD 100 million per year. He also led numerous projects in the areas of Lean, risk, and IT security at Fujitsu. For the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, he developed the “Zero Errors, Zero Defects” program, which reduced errors by 30% and saved over AUD 7 million annually. Aleem stands for measurable results and sustainable process improvements.
