Trainer

Tasks
- Development and implementation of practice-oriented training sessions according to identified training objectives/frameworks
- Assessment of participants’ performance based on appropriate, recognized methods
- Involvement in the further development of our training strategy/goals
- Participation in the continuous improvement process related to our training services
Requirements
- Completed university degree, at least a Bachelor’s
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in the respective field (see above)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in conducting training sessions
- Willingness to undergo further training
