- Hands-on exercises with LLMs (structured prompting, analysis tasks, text automation)
- Development of simple LLM-based workflows
- Mini demo: building a basic Q&A system with a knowledge base (conceptual or low-code approach)

- explain the fundamental functioning of Large Language Models
- identify typical use cases for LLMs in the company
- create effective and reproducible prompts
- recognize and account for the risks and limitations of LLMs (e.g. hallucinations)
- integrate LLMs sensibly into business processes
- understand the conceptual architecture of RAG systems
- assess security and data protection requirements when using LLMs
