Auch bei Fujitsu leitete er zahlreiche Projekte in den Bereichen Lean, Risiko und IT-Sicherheit. Für die Commonwealth Bank of Australia entwickelte er das Programm „Zero errors, Zero defects“, das Fehler um 30 % senkte und jährlich über 7 Millionen AUD einsparte.
