• Getting started with agile project management and getting to know the central tools and principles (Kanban boards, retrospectives, roles in Scrum, sprints, etc.)
• Theoretical introduction to strategies for the most common challenges, including: deadlines are regularly missed, projects fizzle out, difficult project participants, participants are overwhelmed, constant project changes, no one knows the next steps, everything is done at once (no clear structure), chaos arises when people are absent, decisions get lost, customers are dissatisfied.
• A combination of learned theory and interactive exercises: applying the methods learned to examples from your own practice, so that you go home with solutions.
